Terms & Conditions


The confirmation of your reservation implies the full understanding and acceptance of the present General Terms of Agreement.


All prices are NET.


Prices are not include delivery cost which is vary, depending on the distance and the amount of items rented.


A 50% down payment is required to confirm booking.
Balance of payment required up to 14 days prior to the event.


Final Number of Order is required by 14 days prior to event / date at the latest.


Only 10% reduction is allowed from the initial amount booked for changes in less than 14 days prior to event date.


Special / Customize Order : A non refundable full payment is required for new items or large quantity order that specially produce based on request.


Production will only start after payment receive, failure to settle by 1 week a er the invoice is issued will result in cancellation of the production. Order is final and only 10% reduction from the total amount is allowed.


Security Deposit by the amount of 50% from the total invoice need to be settled before delivery or pick up of the items as guarantee in case of loss or damage.


Should there are no damage, the full amount will be return back to you at the end of the event after the final check or by the next day at the latest.


Napkin will take at least 4 days after the event for laundry before we can give the final report.


Any damage or loss of the rental items will be charged to client. The cost will be informed to you in advance upon confirmation.


All payment received is net hence the guest is responsible for the bank fee.


Reserved items will automatically be released, should we do not receive payment by 1 week after the invoice is issued.


We offer Free of Charge on selected category of napkins for all orders above IDR 3,000,000 (before delivery fee and security deposit) at maximum FOC value of 20% from the total order. Con rmation will be absed on our availability.

Clause 2: Cancellation Policy


A 50% from the total estimated amount is NON REFUNDABLE to cover our service and items blocking.


In the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to the event, a 70% from the total estimated amount will be charged.


In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the event, a 100% from the total estimated amount will be charged.
